Healthy Green Smoothie

Prep. Time: 15 minutes                        Serving: 4 to 6

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 mL) Canadian Ricotta
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 banana
2 cups (500 mL) frozen peaches or mangoes
1 cup (250 mL) spinach
1 tbsp (15 mL) ground flaxseed
2 tbsp (30 mL) almond butter

Preparation

In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve, or reserve in the refrigerator.
